CRIMINAL LAW
On January 09, the Criminal Law Section held its
monthly luncheon at Rí Rá Irish Pub in Midtown.
There, attorney Fani Willis (right) gave a spirited
and insightful presentation on effective (and inef-
fective) strategies for handling codefendant tri-
als in criminal cases. For many years, Ms. Willis
prosecuted high-profile codefendant cases at the
Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, where she
served as a Deputy District Attorney. Ms. Willis is
now in private practice at the Law Offices of Fani
T. Willis, LLC.
