Attorneys Jeena Cho and Karen Gifford are the co-authors of an eight week guide, The Anxious Lawyer, to encourage mindfulness in the practice of law. This grow- ing trend of “mindful” practices has taken the legal field by storm, from law schools hosting yoga and meditation sessions for both stu- dents and faculty (Read about GSU Law’s Mindfulness Program in our April 2017 issue) to large firms hir- ing mindfulness coaches to educate associates. Now, Cho has begun a podcast in which she invites other attorneys and mindfulness gurus to speak about the many ways one can employ mindfulness and medita- tion in their everyday activities.
