The company was founded by Emma Perring in 1987,
when she identified the need for stylish, contemporary
schemes in the London investment property market.
Working within this sector also created the discipline
required to complete projects within agreed timeframes
and fixed budgets.
As the company grew, so did the customer base and
Perring Design London now services all residential
design requirements – from furnishing for Show Homes
to managing Residential Refurbishments. For example:
they have recently furnished a six bedroom show home
in Putney; furnished a turn-key one bedroom rental
apartment within a premier Holland Park Development;
and are currently providing design consultancy and
schemes for a stunning, detached house in Fulham.
