Vintage Fashion & Accessories Auction
Peter Francis auctions are proud to announce that we will be hosting our
first ever specialist vintage fashion and accessories auction to start on 12th
February and run for a week. We already have a wonderful range of entries
from Victorian capes through to a 1950’s Christian Dior cocktail dress; A
large portion of which came from one consignment of beautiful vintage
items from a single house with six stuffed wardrobes full of collectors’
pieces from the 1930’s through to the 1980’s. Other special items such as
an Edwardian Welsh costume were simply brought in on one of our free
valuation days.

Ann Dunbar is an award winning mixed media artist, born and educated
in UK and now lives in Paris, France. She connects her feelings through the
wonderland of nature with a rare combination of embroidery, paint and
transfer foils on paper. The embroidery adds texture, relief, fine intricate
detail with luminous effects when the light flickers over her creation
Ann’s recent awards and distinctions are a silver medal ( Arts-Science-
Lettres) Paris 2017,the Palm art “recognition award” by Art domain group,
Germany in December 2016, the Gold Palm Award in Monaco by ArtExpo
in September 2016, the gold medal award from Artcom Expo in Cannes Art
Shopping Fair and at The Brazilian Embassy in Oslo.
