1 118 Lumi Style And Elegance Now In A Sliding Door Casa Botelho Furniture and interior design company, Casa Botelho will be showcasing their masculine glamour, moody tones and symmetry-obsessive style for the very first time at this year’s Clerkenwell Design Week. From 23rd – 25th May, 2017 at the Platform exhibition hub stand 15, Casa Botelho will display a luxurious living room setting, coinciding the launch of its new 2017 collection with the design week, including the reveal of an exclusive lighting collaboration. 2 The Lumi window and door system has further expanded their range with the introduction of a Lift & Slide Sliding door. Developed following feedback from customers and specifiers of the existing range the Lumi Lift & Slide door, with its rigid aluminium frame and triple glazed units, allows the installation of openings up to 9 metres with minimal frame interruptions. Produced in elegant Anthracite Grey, the Lumi Sliding Door glides on a standard 2 or 3 track system to allow effortless, silent opening and closing despite its reassuring weight and solidity. Excellent sound-reduction and burglar resistance up to RC2 (WK2) EN1627 is also assured whilst the advanced modular profile insulation contributes towards U-values as low as 1.1 W/(m2K). As its first solo exhibition, Casa Botelho is making sure that its installation at Clerkenwell Design Week 2017 will be unforgettable. Guiding the ambiance of the living space will be Casa Botelho’s signature style of dark tones, natural materials, rich textures and symmetrical design. Impressive as these figures are the aesthetics are where the real essence of the Lumi Lift & Slide Door lie, largely attributed to its unique seamless glazing. This characteristic sets Lumi apart from all other sliding doors and a feature that was crucial in the system winning the New Product of the Year category at the 2015 G Awards. LegArm Collection by 358 design Eclectic team proudly executed unique and innovative LegArm design. Petu Kummala, 358 Design created LegArm lounge chair with the inspiration that “legarms” are moving in different directions, one forward, one backwards, creating a motion as the chair is “walking”. The shape of the “legarms” comes from four different curves that are all the same radius although the way they are composed, they look different. Top portions are the same shape even though they look different. The armrests are wide enough to rest a drink, glass… We used walnut and leather with basic construction methods to complement great innovative design and many more versions of “legarm” are in development. www.eclecticcontract.com
