At Cox, we’re focused on driving more integrated D&I
strategies, tools and solutions that help us meet our
business goals. Our four primary focus areas include
people, customers, community and suppliers.
People
Diversify our workforce and leadership, develop
the talent of our people and honor their unique
perspectives, resulting in a culture of inclusion,
high performance and achievement of long-term
business objectives.
For Angela Tolliver, Director of Project and Service
Governance for CEI, the mentorship and support
of female managers helped her overcome personal
trials nearly two decades ago. In the years since,
she built a long and productive career at Cox
Enterprises. Today she’s paying it forward and led
the establishment of a new Employee Resource
Group. The ERG, Corporate Information Services
Women, is focused on building relationships
among female colleagues in technology and
empowering women to flourish in careers in
technology, engineering and math.
Customers
Develop, offer and promote products and services
reflecting the evolving needs of existing and future
customers, driving market share and revenue
growth in the varying market segments we serve.
Community
Engage with, contribute to and strengthen the
diverse communities we reach through strategic
philanthropy and corporate social responsibility
programs.
Suppliers
Partner with diverse suppliers to develop mutually
sustainable relationships, resulting in new business
opportunities and economic development for the
communities we serve.
