This checklist is for students to monitor and record events which they
have attended and earned points for. Students may record the session
title below the PSDP category and record the respective amount of
points earned. The minimum amount of points required from each
category in order to obtain the total of 46 points is included for
students. The purpose of this checklist is for self-records only.
