Acquisition
of
diversion
and
usufruct
rights
As
explained,
traditional
rights
only
comprise
of
diversion
rights,
which
are
held
by
individuals
or
communities.

these
rights
holders

been
uninterrupted
and
uncontested
by
others.
Often,
these
diversion
rights
are
seen
as
servitudes
to
the
land

owned
