The program supports vulnerable or disadvantaged people with a private rental matter, in areas such as eviction, rent arrears, compensation claims and disputes that need to go to VCAT. Housing for the Aged Action Group (HAAG) HAAG provides free and confidential advice to older people who live in rental accommodation. HAAG gives information on housing options for older people who need to find better, more affordable and secure accommodation.
