More than 40 people gathered for the networking event at Preston Farm in Stockton, with an impressive array of motors catching the eye of attendees. The star attraction was a 918 Spyder Weissach. There are only 918 in the world – hence its name, and its £1.5m price tag! It’s among the many stunning cars on sale at Porsche’s impressive new showroom – which is operated by JCT600, the privately-owned franchise with no fewer than 50 dealerships between Boston to the south and Newcastle to the north. The networking event was to celebrate the Summer issue of Tees Life, a new lifestyle magazine published by Resolution Media and Publishing – who are also the publishers of Tees Business. Resolution increased circulation of the second edition of Tees Life to 7,000 and added more editorial content. Co-editor Martin Walker said: “We’ve had to expand Tees Life and add pages to accommodate an obvious demand from businesses across the Teesside region. “We’ve also added editorial pages, so there’s more exclusive content to read in what is a unique publication for Teesside.” Now with a print readership of 20,000-plus, Tees Life is published quarterly and circulated free to homes, pubs, restaurants, hotels and salons across Teesside including Wynyard, Eaglescliffe, Yarm, Ingleby Barwick, Wolviston, Hartburn, Nunthorpe, Linthorpe, Marton and Guisborough. It features original editorial content covering food and drink, fashion, motoring and sport, people and places, homes and interiors, advice and events.
