eading agency Solutions Recruitment
is celebrating three years of successful
operations in Teesside.
Since launching in July 2014 the business
has gone from strength to strength, providing
an unparalleled service in recruitment for
temporary, contract, permanent, professional
and executive roles, and growing the team to
15 dedicated recruitment specialists – five of
which have joined the team this year.
Based at Boho 6 in Middlesbrough,
Solutions Recruitment Teesside specialises
in a wide variety of sectors including
engineering, accountancy and finance,
HR, sales and marketing, construction and
civils, utilities, procurement, production and
warehousing, driving and logistics and blue
collar trades.
Having recruited the five new team
members, the business will also expand to
develop its offering across the board.
Matthew Telling, operations manager at
Solutions Recruitment Teesside, said: “I have
been with the Teesside team since the start
of the journey, and it’s fantastic to see how
far the business has come.

that’s down to the fantastic people working

Solutions Recruitment Teesside operates
as part of the wider Solutions group, which
comprises Solutions Training, Networked

Ship to Shore and six Solutions Recruitment
branches across the UK – including the
Liverpool office which opened earlier this
month.
The group, which has been operating in
Newcastle since 1984, welcomed director
Charlie Grabham to the team in 2014.
