Utility Alliance has added to its senior management team as it looks to continue its impressive growth this year .

The Hartlepool Marina-based energy consultancy has undertaken an ongoing recruitment drive which has resulted in more than 50 new staff being taken on since the turn of the year , taking the workforce to 144 .
While a large percentage of that figure is covered by 18-25 year-old staff working on B2B outbound calls , directors Bob Moore , Darren Sutherland and Phill Moore have also strengthened their management team by appointing key figures at senior level .
The latest recruit is Helen Bolton , who has been brought in to take control of the firm ’ s Partner Channel .
Bolton has a vast number of contacts , having previously worked for the likes of BT , Churchill Insurance and Santander as well as having her own business in telecoms and merchant services , and is hoping to strike up relationships across the business sector to help firms review their utility consumption and efficiency .
She explained : “ This is an exciting opportunity for me to come into a business which is clearly on the up , and I ’ m looking forward to getting my own department in place to help with further growth .
“ My role is about building strong relationships with business owners across not just the Tees Valley but the whole of the UK . By working together we can achieve so much more than working alone , and reciprocity can strengthen growth for both parties .
“ All businesses , whether they are SMEs or multi-nationals , are all focused on saving money on the bottom line . This Partner Channel has already proved it can deliver that even at this early stage , and we are looking to create synergie across all sectors to deliver value as part of the Utility Alliance service .
