If you don't have any internet access, this can be more difficult to resolve than not having a phone. If you have internet at your school, you could either use your laptop (If you go to a school where you are required to take a laptop) or if you have a computer lab, ask your teacher if you are able to use tose computers during break time.

Another option is to see if you can go to a friend's house who has intenet. This works especially well if you have friends who live close by, as you won't have to disrupt your parents to drive you to their house.

If you are embarrassed about the fact that you don't know how to deal with/ are having trouble dealing with your parent's divorce, or are scared to ask someone, try talking to a close friend, or a friend who has experienced the same situation. This may make it less awkward as they know how you feel.
