*NJHS Update!*

A while ago, NJHS did Socktober, an event where students in NJHS had to collect socks to donate. In
December, the kids participated in another Service project. Workman elementary school had an event
called ‘Santa and p.j’s.’ Santa came to their school, and kids came in their pajamas. They took pictures
with santa, ate cookies, drank hot cocoa, and made ornaments. There was so much stuff going on, so
members from NJHS came and helped out. NJHS Volunteers helped kids and their families enjoy the
evening. It was a lot of fun, and the students are looking forward to their next service project.
Recently, NJHS also completed a clothing drive. Members collected gently used clothes that they will be
donating to local shelters for people in need.
NJHS meets most Mondays in Room 40 during lunch.
