The oil & gas industry is under attack by an
unprecedented number of anti-oil groups supported by
the U.S. President administration’s public declaration
that it wants a “hydrocarbon free America”.
The front line of this attack is the environment.
Anti-oil groups and the administration are using the
environment as their primary ground for attack. The
EPA targeted the oil industry (for the second year
in a row) under its National Enforcement Initiative.
TEEMCO believes the best defense against these
attacks is to remove the anti-oil lobby’s argument. By
helping oil companies operate in an environmentally
sustainable manner, the anti-oil (environment based)
attack becomes neutralized.
On the front lines defending the oil & gas industry

About Greg Lorson
A fourth-generation oilman with thirty
years management experience in oil &
gas, real estate, published business
author and investment banking.
Previously the CEO of a national
c o m p a n y, h e ’s a l s o b e e n a m e m b e r
of corporate & charitable boards. Mr.
Lorson is a public speaker presenting
frequently to industry associations
across the country.
He’s been appointed by governors from
six states to advise on environment,
t a x e s , e n e r g y, a n d e c o n o m i c
development serving on various
state & federal commissions. Lorson
was named a delegate to the United
Nation’s Conference on International Oil
Development.
He currently serves on the Environmental
Committees for the Pennsylvania
Independent Oil and Gas Association,
the American International Society
f o r Te s t i n g & M a t e r i a l s ( A S T M ) , a n d
the American Petroleum Institute
(API). Lorson is also a FEMA certified
E m e r g e n c y R e s p o n s e M a n a g e r. H i s
undergraduate study was in finance at
the University of Oklahoma, graduate
studies in business & anthropology
at Har vard, and holds a postgraduate
certificate in Business Administration
from Edinburgh Graduate Business
