Countermeasure Plan (SPCC)
Oil & gas operators are required to prepare and maintain spill plans to prevent and respond
to oil spills. The SPCC rule is part of the Oil Pollution Prevention regulation and the Facility
Response Plan rule. These rules are found in the 40 CFR Part 112.
