he project is a
product of an
international
team. The coordinators discussed, negotiated, did the definition works for the needs in local area, decided the effective activities to overcome those needs, shared the tasks, implemented the schedule and agreed with the plot of the project. The same vision is carried into local level. So, project teams will be created in every school. Teams are involving Coordinator, Deputy Headmasters, Psychological Consoler, ICT teacher, Biology, History, Physical Education, Maths, Geography teachers. PTA members and some NGO members will be invited to have duty in dissemination activities. Local tasks are shared between these members. . It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.
