Since her debut in the Masterworks Series , Joy Lisney has established herself at the forefront of young musicians . As cellist , she has toured the major European venues ; as composer , she won the Ralph Vaughan Williams Prize and been Cambridge University Composer in Residence . She now has a career as conductor , including performances of Mahler ’ s Ninth Symphony and the Busoni Piano Concerto at St John ’ s Smith Square .
