Anthony Jacquet, a Los Angeles native, is currently Executive
Chef at The Whisper Restaurant & Lounge in the iconic Grove
shopping center. Inspired by the city’s mix of global food cultures,
Jacquet’s cuisine borrows flavors from Cuba, Indonesia, Egypt,
Peru, and Mexico. His favorite experience in Taiwan?
“It’s really impressive how a Taiwanese dish can blend
the Taiwanese peoples’ enthusiasm and friendliness

Australia. He currently serves as Executive Chef at Icon Legacy
Hospitality in Toronto, Canada, and oversees five restaurants. His
