OYSTER FARM
FINAL COOK-OFF
While exploring the rich wetland ecology
of Taijiang National Park, the chefs enjoyed
a batch of fresh oysters with the local
oyster farmers.
The chefs were tasked by local Master Chef Kenny Liao, of
the Landis Taipei Hotel, to create a signature dish inspired
by their journey in Taiwan. This is the dish they would bring
back to their restaurants at home.
