Did the thought ever cross your mind to attempt to learn any other instrument other than guitar?

David T. Chastain: I also play bass, keyboards and a little flute. I try to sing here and there.

We know that you're a very busy man, but what do you do for fun when not listening to bands, shredding or producing? Do you have any hobbies outside of music? Any other passions other than music?

David T. Chastain: TV and movies consume most of my down time at this point in life. Hobbies.. probably real estate.

If you had not became a musician what could you picture yourself doing?

David T. Chastain: I was a High School basketball star so I could have pictured myself pursuing a career in that venue. Playing then coaching then management. I am still a sports nut but nothing like in the old days.

What is the number one piece of helpful advice that you would tell a young artist, musician or band coming into the music business right now?

David T. Chastain: Be yourself... whatever that may be. Don't try to be the next "someone else" who is popular now. You need to find your own voice. Always have a backup plan because 99% of musicians don't make a living being a musician full time.

What as the first thing that went through your head at the end of the tour in 1990 with Chastain? What is the first thing you wanted to do when everything was calm and you were well rested?

Leather Leone: My plan in 1990 was to go home in northern CA, gather my thoughts for 6 months and find a new band. After 6 mouths I began to seek out auditions and have meetings with labels in LA. Obviously nothing came of those thoughts or meetings... Integrity and an uncompromising spirit have a lot to do with my exit.
