The next CDAS general meeting is on 15 April at 7.30 at the German Harmonie Club, Narrabundah. You can always

CDAS on the web
Our web site (cdas.org.au) continues to expand its content in the form of new and old articles. Thanks to Leah Docks
(who has also provided an article for this edition of Tank Talk) we are also expanding the range of articles for juniors.
This is a particularly important part of the web site as it provides project material and essential information for schools
and others in the community who can engage young people in aquarium keeping.
The CDAS Facebook Page also continues to attract “Likes” and is an active forum for the exchange of information
amongst members and others in the fish-keeping community. Thanks go to May, Pete and the other admins for keeping
the page active and interesting.
Our friends and partners
The New South Wales Cichlid Society - Illawarra Branch will hold its major annual fish auction on 10 May at
Kanahooka Primary School, Dapto. The auction starts at 1.00pm and there will be Food available and a
Giant Raffle of aquarium dry goods. There is likely to be a strong CDAS contingent attending.
There are many fish-keeping Facebook pages, including specialist pages for enthusiastic keepers of particular species.
One that has attracted a number of CDAS members over the past few months is the Aquariums in Education page that
is a great resource for teachers and anyone involved in education.
We are always on the lookout for original articles for Tank
Talk and the web page. If you would like to try your hand at
authoring a short (or long) article, please let us know via the
website's contact page.
