won’t work just to develop a few special programs, or hire
a few special clinicians. Over the past year, state leaders,
MCOs, and provider leadership have recognized the need
to develop a system wide approach to develop the capacity
to deliver integrated services in ALL settings to meet the
needs of these individuals and families.
