The inspiration to start Brosily Bath and
Body came after years of searching for
safe, natural skincare that would heal,
soothe, support my daughter’s eczema
skin. Long term use of cortisone was not
an option for me so I started researching
plants oils and other natural ingredients that were
known for healing the skin and began using them to create my own skin
care for my daughter.
“Many people struggle with different skin problems so I
started making products that would help them with their skin
issues.”
What is your professional background?
I have a Bachelors degree in Physical Education and
Health and a Masters of Science degree in Exercise
Science and Kinesiology.
What’s been your most popular item or line to date?
People love our body butters but the Flower Baby Face
and Body Soap does very well.
What is your favorite part in the process of designing
products?
My most favorite part is researching ingredients to use in the products and exploring
new scent blends. I am truly fascinated by nature, its amazing healing powers and can
easily get lost in learning about the plants properties and its effects on the skin.
What is the best lesson you have learned in running
your own business?
Never stop learning - it is through learning that you will
gain insight and see what it takes to move your business
forward. I know this is more than one lesson but learn
to trust yourself and listen to your heart.
