What is the biggest challenge you face during your daily schedule?
There is never enough time in the day. My biggest challenge is juggling two
lives – my professional career and this side gig (Melnaturel) that is quickly
taking over. This business was not planned, it happened by accident and it’s
been the best accident of my life.
How do you keep up with demand?
I hand-make batches of each product large enough to hold over demand
for a few weeks. I usually reassess how much inventory I have weekly and
determine what needs to be made each week. It’s a rotating schedule of
products to make, I never make the same product more than once a week.
What’s been your most popular item or line to date?
Hmmm… this is a tough one! I’d say the Eyelash/Eyebrow Growth Serum or
the Facial Serum. The toner is super popular too. Depends on who you ask.
