1. Put your clean zucchini into the Gefu Spirelli and turn to create a long lovely noodle.

2. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of coconut or olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

3. Add your zoodles, turning regularly with tongs. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Taste your zoodles regularly, you will want the zoodles to maintain an aldente texture. Take off heat after about 5 minutes.

5. Add your favourite topping ie, bolognaise sauce, or stir fry
