Annabelle Carvell
Co-founder/Editor
Annabelle works in publishing by day, and the explosive
world of Synaesthesia by night. She has been shortlisted for
the 2012 Cinnamon Press Short Story Prize and has been
published on Visual Verse, Cheap Pop and Thresholds, the
international short story forum. She is inspired by taboo
relationships, predominantly influenced by Ian McEwan
and anything else that’s drenched with the disturbed.

Carlotta Eden
Co-founder/Editor
Carlotta is an editor and Pushcart Prize nominated writer.
She likes writing and reading about mountains and dive
bars and conversations in bed. She has stories published
in WhiskeyPaper, Cheap Pop, Chicago Literati, and
elsewhere. She’s working on her first short story collection.

Caroline Icke
Sub-editor
Caroline is a book editor during the week and a writer in
her spare time. Inspired by the gothic and mysterious, the
fantastical and fairy tale, she writes stories, plays and is
currently working on her first novel. She writes outdoors, in
thunderstorms, or at her leather-topped desk by candlelight.
