Srinivas K. Naidu was appointed as the Mentor Principal by the CBSE during the academic year 2013-14. He is assigned with the mentoring of Indian School Al Seeb, Indian School Nizwa, Indian School Ibri, Indian School Sur and Indian School Jalan. He visits each of these five mentee schools twice a year with a team of observers that include a vice principal and an assistant vice principal. He prepares documents based on observations through checklists, interaction with teachers, classroom observations scale, self-review form and mentoring form on Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE).
