The Blue Sky Thinking module
This is a three-module program which includes Creative Thinking, Strategic Thinking and a Blue Sky Thinking challenge addressing a "Wicked Problem" of your organisation's choice.
This program is a one-day workshop or a three-part (two-hour) series in small or large cohorts. It can be conducted in large groups (100+ people) as long as there is table seating.
The outcomes of these three sessions include generating new ideas, planning business strategies, setting goals, exploring new ventures/markets and more.
The final Blue Sky Thinking challenge is exciting and action packed, producing inspiring and often surprising results.
Creative Thinking:
Practice generating ideas by connecting and combining ideas, defining and redefining ideas.
Strategic Thinking:
Learn and practice techniques in assessing situations, recognising patterns and making decisions.
Blue Sky Thinking:
Apply creativity, strategic planning and thinking big about an organisational "wicked problem".
