* PRESENT YOUR IDEA

The Blue Sky Thinking Challenge is an opportunity for participants to put creative and strategic thinking into action by addressing an organisational "wicked" problem.

BUILD YOUR IDEA

Using Symes Group template, the group brings the idea together. The group decides on an idea to combat the "wicked problem" and explore the concept, objective, stakeholders, plan, timeframe, and the feasibility of their idea.

PRESENT YOUR IDEA

The final step is delivering a presentation of the idea to the group. This is always an exciting and energizing way to end the session.
