Hueso, perhaps assuming the (aluminum) bone
hanging above the door signals the gateway
to a curiousity cabinet rather than one of the
hottest reservations in town. In some ways it's
both! With over 10,000 bones lining the walls of
the monochromatic interior, the stunning space

Hueso's custom 54 seat dining table is perfect
for communal dining, especially for larger, meat-
heavy plates that need sharing. Bring your
