1 1/3 oz. The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old
1 oz. Amontillado Sherry
Pinch of smoked salt
Drizzle of Canadian maple syrup
Add all ingredients and ice to a mixing glass.
Stir gently with a bar spoon for 10 seconds.
Strain into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.

MARTELL SAZERAC
2oz Martell VS Single Distillery
1/4oz Simple Syrup
6 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Absinthe rinse
Lemon oils (discard zest)
Stir ingredients together with ice until cold, strain
into an absinthe-rinsed coupe. Express lemon oils
from a lemon zest over the glass.
GRAND ROYALE
1.5oz Grand Marnier Louis Alexandre
Top with Champagne
Serve in a flute glass over ice.
HOLIDAY THYME
1 1/4 oz Flor de Caña 12 year
3/4 oz Amontillado Sherry
1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Fig jam
Schweppes ginger ale
Thyme
Shake all ingrdients except ginger ale and thyme.
Strain over ice and top with Schweppes ginger
ale. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
