I am Nacho Figueras and I am a
professional polo player from Argentina. Drinking a lot of water. It's essential
to keep hydrated. I was in Argentina
3 days ago it was 35 degrees and it’s
minus 20 here, that’s a 55-degree
difference. Then you bring your Polo
Blue with you and you’re good.
WHAT IS YOUR MOST MEMORABLE
MOMENT ON THE FIELD?
Playing with my son. I thought I loved
polo when I was a child growing up. I
thought I loved polo more when I played
with the horses that I bred. When I
thought that I couldn’t love polo anymore
I played with my son, and that brought it
to a whole new level.
DO YOU HAVE ADVICE ON PICKING A
FRAGRANCE?
I think smell is one of the senses we
use the least. We look at things. We
touch things. I myself don’t just use
one fragrance. I use several different
fragrances for different moments in my
life, for different moments in my day.
ARE YOU A HUNTER OR A GATHERER?
WITH 400 HORSES MY GUESS IS A
GATHERER.
Polo Blue is lighter. Put it on during
the day, but then at night when
you’re wearing a jacket or attending
something that is formal you need
a heavier fragrance. I do believe in
accessorizing for your mood or your
lifestyle.

For the most part I’m pretty classic. I’m
old school. I like Frank Sinatra.

ALWAYS TRAVEL WITH?
My phone. I think it’s a good thing and a
bad thing, but the only thing that I care
about when I leave home is “do I have my
phone?”
