Contributors & Team

Additional bio information on past contributors and the Swing the Fly team can be found HERE.

Colt Fetters is a recently converted Alabamian, mediocre climber, wannabe fly fisherman, lackluster skier, bicycle enthusiast, cheap beer connoisseur, and averagely stoked young male. He can be found retracing his steps in search of a goofy man purse/satchel, bike parts, and phone. Colt is a shameless self-promoter who sees well through a lens… when he can find his glasses. Check out his photos here: http://www.coltfetters.com/

Zack William (Editor) is a Northwest steelhead guide and spey casting instructor alternating his time between winters on the Olympic Peninsula and summer/fall on the rivers of Eastern Washington and Idaho. Wherever that takes him, his chocolate lab Pate is never far behind. You can find him as owner and head guide of PNW Spey Guides.

Jim Casey (Assistant Editor) was brought into the world by a gypsy artist and a man of the sea. He

grew up walking the docks in a salty town and moved to the middle of a wheat field. GO COUGS! His socially recognized talents include outdoor science education and agronomy. His useless talents are far more numerous and include the ability to identify any decent song from 1965 to present within two seconds and ripe avocados. More than anything Jim enjoys climbing rocks, strumming guitar, and amusing his friends with colorful aphorisms and terrible puns.
