Step #1:

Attach White 8/0 thread, 2-3mm behind the blind eye. White thread is used for the body to keep the black from showing through. Wrap back ¼”.

Step #2:

Tie in the 20lb Dacron on the bottom of the hook, to the preferred eye size. The Dacron should be half the length of the hook shank to ensure a secure hold. With touching turns, wrap back until just above the barb. Tie in the tip on the far side and make 4-5 wraps forward and tie off.
