Step #6:

Attach a set of 4 silver bead chain eyes to the bottom off the shank where the front two wires meet to form the shank eye and secure with several figure eight thread wraps. You can add a drop of super glue to the middle of the eyes for added strength. Select a good webby Silver Pheasant Feather. Tie in the feather by the tip behind the bead chain. Palmer several wraps of behind the eyes to cover up any thread from tying the wing, then palmer through the center of the bead chain and make several wraps to form a collar around the front of the eyes. I typically get 6-7 wraps of silver pheasant wrapped around and in front of the eyes. This gives us just enough bulk to hold the wing profile upright.
