The quality of submissions for this contest was overwhelming; choosing the winners was extremely difficult with so many outstanding flies. More than a handful were deserving of placing or winning, unfortunately we could only choose three. Ultimately, we choose three flies based on difficulty, originality, tying skills, and photo quality. Scott Norris' pattern jumped out at us with a great tie, superb photo, and original name. Adrian Cortes, our Winter Fly Contst winner, tied another incredible classic pattern in hand (without a vise or bobbin) and Vincent Cook showed his imagination and creativity in designing a stunning classic of his own.
