Maggie Austin is one of today’s top cake designers. Her artistic
carrier didn’t start in the kitchen but in a ballet studio. She
danced for an international ballet company but her ballerina
days ended very soon after an injury. Ballet was the focus of
her life for 20 years. It is from this discipline and form of art
that she discovered a new way to express her artistic talent, like
ballet, grace, beauty, composition and attention to detail are
now factors that Maggie Austin channels into her cake designs.
