GRAY BLENDING
Use any one of these tips or a combination to achieve
optimal gray blending:
u Select shades level 6 and darker.
u Drop one level darker than your desired result.
u Use a brown base series in your formula or alone
for a more natural result (i.e. N, BV or G series).

Use Clear to add shine and reflection with zero tonal
deposit or lift.
u Adding Clear to your formula will lighten the depth
of the formula; it will not lighten the natural level of
the hair.
u Use Clear in toning formulas for softer, paler
formulations.
u Customize any shade for translucent, dimensional
end results.
u When working with overly porous hair, add Clear
to the formula to help with over deposit.
u Depending on how much dimension is desired, you
may use any ratio of Clear with your selected shade.

Timing equals intensity. The longer the level 10s are left to process on the hair,
the more intense the tone will be in the end result.
To lessen the intensity of any shade, intermix with Clear to dilute.
The level 10s are ideal for application on a level 10 blonde. Dominant pigments will dictate
the end result. Refer to the color map to help choose the right tone for your guest.
