arcy De Clouett and Sophia Fulton came out
on top after overcoming challenging conditions
on finals day at Yorkes Peninsula for stop four.
Three to four-foot waves and a cross-shore wind greeted
competitors on finals day with clean wave faces still
allowing for plenty of opportunity for those willing to
take a few risks. fter a week of fierce competition, event five of
the series finished in contestable conditions at
Coolum Beach with Callum Robson and Kirra-
Belle Olsson taking out the Under 16 divisions.
Robson (Evans Head, NSW) started proceedings with a
7.5-point (out of a possible 10 points) ride after a massive
two-turn combo out the back, which he then linked to
a bonus inside section to establish a solid lead that
wouldn’t be challenged.
Kirra-Belle Olsson (Copacabana, NSW) dominated her
16 & Under Girls final where she secured a two-wave
combined heat total of 16.17 points (out of a possible 20
points) to take the win.
