Far left: This is Nagura from the Surma tribe in Ethiopia. A few times a year I lead
photographic tours to the Omo Valley in southern Ethiopia, where access is difficult.
Even when you’re there it isn’t easy to photograph in the area without the right
permissions and relationships, but we’ve built up good relationships with the leaders
of the tribes in the area over time.
