won’t go hungry on this safari. Meals are
enjoyed on the shady terrace, fireside
at the private boma or even out in
the reserve, with bush breakfasts and
sundowner dinners marking a memorable
end to a game drive.
The focus is on homely country cuisine
rather than fine dining, but the portions
are substantial and there’s little to fault.
My favourite was the generous “harvest
table” spread enjoyed on the Manor
House terrace each lunchtime. Rates
include house wines, beers and soft drinks.
