ORIGINS
Situated a short drive from the five-star
Tintswalo Safari Lodge, the five-bedroom
Manor House was once the home of the
Corbett family, owners of the Tintswalo
portfolio of boutique hotels and lodges.
Recently refurbished, it’s an ideal option
for families and small groups. CREATURE COMFORTS
The Manor House has just enjoyed a
major revamp. All five bedrooms are now
en suite, with some boasting wonderful
outdoor baths under the stars. Fitting,
seeing as Manyeleti means “place of
stars” in the local Shangaan language.
A soft refurbishment has also refreshed
the classic safari style with colourful
Ardmore prints, plush couches and fine
linen. The entire property is securely
fenced off from the Reserve, so there’s
no need to worry about unwelcome
toothy visitors. The spacious lawns and a
private pool offer plenty of space for kids
to burn off energy between game drives.
