When you are focused on the fact you are being photographed on a modeling
set it is only natural to begin to judge what is happening on set. Most often this
judgment will only lead to self-doubt and insecurity, the opposite of what we
want.
The most important thing to remember is being on a modeling set is not rocket
science, nor is fashion saving the world in any sense. Don’t take it too seriously
on set. The idea is to make a pretty picture, so getting up in your head about it
all is the least productive thing you can. Keep calm, don’t forget to breathe and
you will be fine.
