Have you ever had the urge to walk up to a vending machine and buy a hand full of chips and chocolates and maybe even a soda and barge into the closest gym and stuff your face in front of all the fitness junkies and professionals? I am sure that made you smile there for a moment. The mere thought of that is enticing, but I am sure it will lift a few eyebrows in the process. There is no simple explanation for our behaviour and even more so our actions when it comes to eating. Some succeed at following eating programmes; others struggle and in a sense, 'fail” at the attempt. Are you really failing at eating or is there a deeper invested red flag that’s the cause behind it all?
