good with clothes or without clothes?
Cardio alone will allow you to lose weight as well muscles. Some women might think this sound ideal but keep in mind that the more muscle you
have, the more energy your body will burn
to maintain that muscle. Don’t get
me wrong, cardio has a lot of
health benefits like keeping your heart in tip-top
shape. If you on the
other hand want to
achieve a toned slim
body, weights are the
way to go.
* Start with big compound movement exercises or squats to get your
heart rate up and then move onto
smaller movements such as leg extensions.
* If you are looking for a challenge you can
superset your squats with leg extensions.
Women need not worry that they will build big muscles. It’s impossible
unless you really eat a lot and the incorrect kind of food.
