MCB Fashions by McBright is well-known name in
the fashion industry. He specializes in Herero
dresses which reflects a strong sense of history
and the memory of national rebuilding after the
Herero-German 1904 war. He is influenced by the
Herero people culture, originating from the north
central regions of Namibia.
He is ending the year with a collection themed
“Express yourself in style by ending 2014”. The collection is a combination of some of his most successful designs of 2014. With this collection
McBright gives fashion lovers not only the Zazzla
but also the dazzle of what the Herero dress can
translate into in the 21st century.
In 2015 McBright would like to take his brand
across African borders. He believes the Herero
dress will find resonance not only with Namibians
but that it will also become a diverse symbol of
clothing across the continent.
