JUNE 2015 | THE SOURCE MAGAZINE | WWW.SUPERRESTORATION.COM JUNE 2015 | THE SOURCE MAGAZINE | WWW.SUPERRESTORATION.COM 10 11 NICE WORDS Marcy Akselrad Kravit We at Residence Du Cap (2600 Island Boulevard Condominium Association) sincerely appreciated the professionalism and timely response that Super Restoration provided to service our property. The TEAM coordinat ed all efforts to address the flood that had affected over 5 units from the Penthouse down. It was apparent that their goal was to provide 100% customer satisfaction! They achieved this by providing personalized customer service, comprehensive reports and photos documenting the damages. The restoration process to address the moisture and damaged areas were remediated as quickly as possible. The communication and reports were above reproach, extremely detailed and submitted on a daily basis. Residents complimented the professionalism and quality work performed by Super Restoration. Keith Snively Project Manager My Motto: “IF YOU WANT SOMETHING IN LIFE, DON’T WAIT FOR IT TO COME TO YOU, GO GET IT!” My current role with Super Restoration is Mitigation Project Manager and in this role I respond to water losses, dispatch crews to these losses after hours, meet with Property Managers to discuss the plan of action onsite. I also meet with homeowners/property managers to discuss mold remediation projects as well as estimating these projects. My job is to make sure these jobs get completed on time and on or under budget. I coordinate any and all sub-contractors for these projects, if need be. On all projects, I oversee it is my duty to see to competition and deal with all communications with all parties involved to ensure a smooth process throughout the project. Ultimately my job is to make sure the property is brought back to its pre-loss condition as quickly and professionally as possible. Here is a little bit about myself, I am a hardworking motivated individual who strives to be the best at everything I do. I am a family man who lives every day to better my family’s life and secure their future, along with my wife. The best thing about working at Super Restoration, is that you never know what’s coming next. You never know what situation you will come across. There are always situations that may require quick thinking to accomplish the goal. Super Restoration has the most updated equipment and tools to get all projects completed, regardless of the situation at hand. My coworkers are also a blast to work with. A fun fact about myself is that I will do anything it takes to make my family laugh, whether it is making a fool of myself or sending them a goofy picture. It’s not just a “happy wife a happy life,” it’s a “happy family a happy life.” My most memorable experience is a job that we responded to at 701 Brickell. This was the first big job that I was directly involved with. SR brought the Mobile Command Center on site and crews took shifts working around the clock until the project was completed. Not only was that job going on but, another large loss came in right down the street at the same time. For me, my life is about my family, so my favorite past-time would obviously be spending time with them going camping, to sporting events and everything else possible. But second for myself my favorite past time would be playing sports. AAnother favorite pasttime would be playing sports.. If life would not have thrown me a curve ball, I may have been throwing curveballs in the majors, but I wouldn’t trade my life today for anything. Every day is another day to make life better. That is my ultimate goal, just to be better and happier than yesterday. www.SuperRestoration.com Gary T. Agnello It was the early morning of July 22, 2014, and I was on vacation at my time share in Captiva FL, when I received a call from my Board of Director at the Washington Tower. The panicked voice was shouting flood water. water in the office. I calmed her down and found the source of the water and she turned the valve off. Then I called Super Restorations and reported the water intrusion. They immediately sent a team out. I then called Matt VanAlst , my contact, and explained to him what happened. Within 15 minutes he was on site at the Washington Tower. From that point on all was taken care of and I went on with my vacation in paradise, thanks Super! Natalie Saldarriaga There was a minor flood at one of my properties. This was the property managers first time experiencing a flood. I appreciate the assistance that she received from the Super Restoration team. Super Restoration explained step- by- step what the technicians were getting ready to do and they followed up with detailed reports making it easier for her to understand and share with the Board of Directors. Everything was handled in a timely fashion. She was happy that she was able to not only handle the emergency situation with the assistance of the Super Restoration team, but educate herself on the necessary steps of what needs to be done in similar situations.
