During his downtime, Daniel enjoys playing football and basketball.
Most importantly, however, he enjoys spending time with his wife of
five years, and their two children.
Daniel Vargas is known as the heart of Super Restoration. Born the
year that Super Restoration was founded, Daniel has seen the company evolve and has been a key component in developing the Super
Restoration story. Early on and always focused on providing public
service Daniel became one of the youngest licensed paramedics
and certified fire fighters in Miami Dade County. In 2010, after three
years of service in the Miami Dade Fire Department, Daniel decided
to join the family business and bring his experience to the restoration business.
Whether handling a loss that affected a family of four or a major
catastrophe requiring our Large Loss Disaster Recovery Team, Daniel
ensures that the level of service and consistency in superior mitigation strategies are never compromised. His professional demeanor
& charismatic attitude make him loved and respected by his peers,
his team & his family.
Since 2010, Daniel has assisted in developing operations strategy for more efficient performance. He has also been integral in
research and development of restoration products and procedures
and is responsible for restoration technician education and training.
His responsibilities include overseeing all the project managers, supervisors and restoration technicians and ensuring that any and all
client needs are met in the most efficient and transparent manner.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is no easy feat. However, Daniel handles
the pressure with ease and leads his team with a calm and focused
attitude. He leads by example and understands the importance of
mentoring, developing and investing in the team.
