Hope everyone is staying warm, wowsers! The checkbook balance is $14,638.48. Please be on the lookout for the Spring Seminar date which will be coming out soon and I hope everyone has marked the September 18 and 19 fall seminar dates on their calendar. A special welcome to our new WDALA members!

BOARD OF DIRECTORS' REPORTS
We have been meeting on a monthly basis for networking and discussing the upcoming Spring Seminar.
This year for Christmas several members made a monetary donation to the Souris Valley Animal Shelter. They are trying to raise several million dollars to construct a new facility (which they desperately need).
We are hoping to get together in January after work one day for a relaxing time of drinks and snacks before we gear up and continue with planning the spring seminar.
